Cancellation Policy
Over 24 hours, deposit will transfer or be refunded personally by the stylist. The software does NOT do refunds.
First cancellation that is less than 24 hours and first no-show, will result in 25% of your booked service total before being able to book again.
2nd and 3rd will be 50%
No shows will require approval for next appointments. 3 violations will require further discussion before future booking.
